Universo Ferrari 2024 – The Flawless Supercar Exhibition

This isn’t the first time Ferrari has organized a private exhibition—a place where they have the freedom to create exactly what they envision and invite the elite guests they cherish. Universo Ferrari has been held three times before, in Italy, Australia, and South Korea. Aside from Italy, the birthplace of the Prancing Horse, Australia and South Korea are key markets for Ferrari, with 2023 sales figures of 215 and 339 cars, respectively.

In 2024, Ferrari brings Universo to Southeast Asia for the first time, specifically to Thailand. Maintaining the spirit of showcasing its heritage and models like in previous years, Universo 2024 in Bangkok surpasses all expectations with its superior artistic curation, intricate lighting displays, and elevated values—both literally and figuratively.

Right at the entrance, Ferrari welcomes its guests with a visually stunning pathway. Two dynamic walls display images of the people who embody Ferrari’s DNA, from its founders and racing legends to the unsung heroes behind the success of the “super horse.” All of this is presented in a multi-dimensional format, seamlessly connected like a Ferrari universe.

Universo 2024 kicks off with the Southeast Asian debut of the Ferrari F80. This is the most powerful car in Ferrari’s history, unveiled globally just one month ago. All 799 units produced have already been spoken for, and only a select group of elite individuals—those with a pure ownership history and an extensive Ferrari collection—have made it onto the waiting list.

With the highest performance figures in Ferrari history, the F80 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.15 seconds and reaches a top speed of 350 km/h. The exclusive Brembo brakes with CCM-R Plus technology use longer carbon fibers, delivering 100% better braking power compared to standard carbon brakes.

The V6 engine, inspired by the Ferrari 296 and Ferrari 499P Le Mans race car, boasts 237 hp more than the 296 while maintaining the same weight—an impressive feat showcasing Ferrari’s technical advancements.

A standout feature of the F80 is its unique carbon-fiber chassis, the first of its kind in Ferrari’s lineup. The interior features a “traditional” two-seat layout, with most functions oriented toward the driver, described by Ferrari as “1+.” The steering wheel is currently exclusive to this model, featuring flat top and bottom edges.

Universo 2024 showcases over 20 “extraordinary” models, ranging from ultra-limited editions you won’t find anywhere else, to sought-after classic cars and the newest stars, including the Ferrari F80 and Ferrari 12Cilindri.

In the expansive UOB Live venue, regarded as Bangkok’s new premium hub for entertainment, Universo 2024 is divided into four distinct zones: Racing Zone (racing cars), Sports Car Zone (sports cars), Ferrari Classiche Zone (classic cars), and Ferrari Lifestyle Zone (lifestyle).

Among the highlights is the legendary Ferrari 499P, marking the brand’s return to endurance racing after 50 years. This car achieved back-to-back victories in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2023 and 2024.
