If you keep the car at home, please refer to the following instructions when the car is not in use for a long time:

• Keep the car battery in full charge. Follow the instructions in your Owner’s manual and keep your car connected to the charging station. Please have a regular check to ensure the connection is working. Please contact the official Ferrari service in case trouble causes to the battery.

• Disconnect all the devices from the socket of the car, for example, the phone charging cable or other entertainment devices, which may consume battery unnecessarily.

• Starting engine will consume significant battery. Therefore, you should avoid continuously turning on and off the engine to maintain its battery life.

• Some models from older production years may need to be disconnected from the battery to avoid any problems related to the battery.

• Regularly check the tire pressure. If needed, please inflate the tire with higher pressure than normal. You should move the car regularly to change the tire surface to the ground.

• Remove the wind screen wiper from touching the wind screen.

• Do not keep the car outside in high temperatures and direct sunlight to ensure the best conditions for the car and its interior.

• The car should be covered and make sure there is nothing left inside that may decompose and cause odor

• Before getting the car in use again, please observe carefully the car’s underbody to check for any leaks of service products. Have your car checked at the Official Ferrari Service center if any leaks are detected.
